पारिजात वचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. २०६५ साल श्रावण १६ गते तत्कालिन डिभिजन सहकारी कार्यालय भक्तपुरमा दर्ता भएको हो । यसको कार्यालय भक्तपुर जिल्ला सूर्यविनायक नगर पालिका वडा नं. ५ कटुन्जेमा रहेको छ । यो संस्था सहकारिताको विश्वब्यापी सिद्धान्त, मुल्य मान्यता तथा नेपाल सरकारको सहकारी ऐन, नियमावली र नीति निर्देशिकाको अधिनमा रहि संस्थाको कार्यक्षेत्रमा छरिएर रहेको पूजि एकिकृत गर्दै शेयर सदस्यहरुको आर्थिक सामाजिक तथा सांस्कृतिक विकासमा टेवा पुर्याउने हेतुले स्थापित भई संचालित संस्था हो । समुदायमा आधारित सदस्य केन्द्रित, लोकतान्त्रिक, स्वायत्त र स्वशासित सङ्गठनको रुपमा यसले हाल २७२० शेयर सदस्य र ४६८ बालबचत कर्ताहरूलाई सेवा पुर्याइरहेको छ ।। संस्थाले आफ्नै नाममा दर्ता कायम रहेको 0-९-१-0 क्षेत्रफल जमीन खरिद गरी साढे चार तल्ले सुविधा सम्पन्न कार्यालय भवन समेत निर्माण गरी सदस्यहरुलाई सेवा दिदै अघि बढि रहेको यो संस्था भक्तपुर जिल्ला भर कार्यक्षेत्र रहेको एक सफल संस्थाको रुपमा रहेको छ ।

हाम्रो संस्था " आर्थिक सामाजिक रूपले समृद्ध, वित्तीय रूपमा साक्षर र उद्यमशील शेयर सदस्यहरूको सक्रिय सहभागितामा सञ्चालित सहकारी मूल्य, मान्यता र सिद्दान्तमा आधारित सक्षम, सुशासित र क्रियाशील वित्तीय संस्था " को परिकल्पना गर्दै दीर्घकालीन रणनीति तर्जुमा गरेर अगाडि बढिरहेको छ। संचालक समिति, लेखा र सुपरीवेक्षण समिति, सल्लाकार, विभिन्न उपसमिति, कर्मचारी, सबै शेयर सदस्य र यस संस्थाका शुभ चिन्तकहरूको सक्रियता, प्रतिबद्धता र मेहनतका कारण, हामीले वचत र ऋण सहकारी संस्थाका आर्थिक र संस्थागत लक्ष्यहरू (PERLS र HIMAL) का धेरै न्यूनतम मापदण्डहरू सफलतापूर्वक पूरा गर्दै नेपालभर रहेका बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्थाहरू मध्ये यस संस्थाले २७२० शेयर सदस्य र ४६८ बालबचत कर्ताहरूलाई उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान गरिरहेकl छौं।

भक्तपुर जिल्लामा एकल उद्देश्यीय (वचत तथा ऋण) सहकारी संस्थाका रुपमा ११ वर्ष अघि स्थापित पारिजात बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेड जिल्लामा एक चुस्त व्यवस्थापकीय क्षमता भएको सहकारी संस्था हो । यस सहकारी संस्थाको संस्थागत विकास तथा शेयर सदस्यहरुको बचतको सुरक्षालाई सुनिस्चित गर्दै गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्नु यस संस्थाको व्यवस्थापन टीमको मूल उद्देश्य हो ।
